Notice of the 2018 Annual General Meeting
The Lower Mainland Purpose Society for Youth and Families Board of Directors gives notice that the Annual General Meeting will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Purpose Society’s head office, 40 Begbie Street, New Westminster, B.C., for the following purposes:
- To re-elect the Board of Directors
- To receive and consider the financial statements of The Lower Mainland Purpose Society for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018 and Purpose Secondary School for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2018, and the auditor’s reports thereon.
- To receive and consider the report to the Members.
- To approve the minutes of the December 13, 2017 Annual General Meeting.
- To consider and approve a resolution that Agatha Cluff Inc. be appointed auditors of The Lower Mainland Purpose Society for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2019 and Purpose Secondary School for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019 and to authorise the directors to fix the auditor’s remuneration.
- To transact such other business as may come properly before the meeting, or any adjournment thereof.
All Members are invited to attend the 2018 Annual General Meeting and meet The Lower Mainland Purpose Society’s Board of Directors.
