Mediation Services

The Fee-For-Service Mediation Program* helps individuals in conflict to express their perspectives and work out their issues by empowering them to reach a mutually satisfactory and beneficial agreement.

Common issues

  • Neighbour, landlord-tenant disputes

  • Separated couples and custody issues

  • Parent-teen and family conflicts

  • Workplace conflicts

  • Labor relations conflicts

Mediation can produce tangible results, such as

  • An increase in positive communication

  • A sense of empathy and understanding

  • A decrease in the intensity of the conflict

  • Creative and beneficial solutions

  • Beneficial settlements for all parties

  • Healthier relationships and increased well-being
