Low-barrier Adult Community Clinic
This clinic is a free, walk-in service designed to improve the health and wellness of people who may otherwise be unable to access care. The program is staffed by a Nurse Practitioner and a Case Manager from the Stride program. The service is intended to provide basic primary care for individuals who lack access to a family physician. The Clinic operates on a walk-in basis.
We welcome immigrants, refugees, and all adults 18+
No ID or MSP required.

•Referrals to specialists
•STI testing lab requisitions
•Evidence-based health screening
•Disease and injury prevention
•Access to harm reduction supplies

Hours: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
*No narcotics, medical marijuana, or benzodiazepines prescribed
