(For ages 5 – 12 years)

The group uses an educational approach to assist parents in understanding brain-based behaviours and how family dynamics affect parenting; how to improve parental coping; how to identify and address problems; how to use effective, positive discipline strategies; and improve communication and interventions with your child.

• Offered as a 6-week or 8-week group up to 3 times per year
• Daytime and evening sessions available
